Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage, inspire, and train a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding animal care and customer service.

- Drive Excellence: Implement and uphold high standards of care, facility cleanliness, and safety across both locations.

- Manage Operations: Oversee scheduling, booking, and inventory, ensuring smooth business operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
