Position Overview

As a Dog Day Care Assistant at Tailchasers, you’ll play an invaluable role in ensuring both our human and canine guests have an outstanding experience. Your daily tasks will include:

Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and friendliness.
Using our intuitive computer program, Gingr, to manage dog check-ins and check-outs.
Overseeing dog playtime, ensuring safety and fun while capturing memorable moments with photos and videos.
Assisting with the teaching of basic obedience commands in a lively and engaging way.

Compensation & Shift Structure

Competitive Pay: $15 per hour, plus tips.
Flexible Shifts: Part-time opportunities (up to 29 hours a week) with flexible shifts.

What We’re Looking For

US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US.
Ability to communicate effectively and warmly with customers.
Physically able to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, squat, bend, sit, and lift 50 pounds unassisted.
Basic computer and tablet skills.
Must be 18 years or older.
A teachable, adaptable, and reliable mindset.
Enthusiasm for a fast-paced and fun work environment.
