About the Role: As an Office Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring attentive care is provided for the pets visiting within the facility. You'll be expected to lead by example, inspire the team, and step in as a receptionist based on the needs of the work day. Your responsibilities will include training new team members, delivering exceptional customer service, managing general office tasks, and providing top-notch care to our furry guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Management & Office Administration – Handle calls, manage office tasks, and process payments.
  • Team Leadership – Oversee staff, train, and coach team members.
  • Customer Service Excellence – Address client needs.
  • Facility Oversight – Ensure the cleanliness of the kennel, manage supplies, and sales
  • Pet Care – Oversee feeding, medication, and ensure a safe and happy environment for our pets.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience – At least 6 months of management experience in a similar setting.
  • Teachability – Eager to learn and adapt.
  • Authorization – U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Self-Motivated – Able to work independently and take initiative. 
  • Reliable
  • Physical Stamina – Comfortable with physical tasks that require kneeling, crouching, walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted, bending, or climbing.
  • Strong Leadership – Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Multitasking Skills – Excellent at prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficient in basic computer functions.
  • Customer Interaction – Friendly and effective communicator.

Compensation: Negotiable based on experience.
